Quotes are provided based on the nature, language pair, complexity, and urgency of the request. A quote does not constitute a booking until confirmed in writing.
b. Confirmation and Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon mutual agreement, typically by written acceptance of the quote. Payment terms will be specified in each quote or invoice.
For larger projects, a deposit may be required prior to commencement.
